Public Storage

I don't recommend this storage facility. This place is full of rats and it smells terrible. There are rat feces in every hallway. An auction buyer walked away from a unit he won because everything was covered in rat feces and urine. There was even a dead rat in there. He was refused a refund because he bought 'as is'. The pictures he showed me did not show the rat feces or dead rat. The property managers are rude. Maybe they should spend more time cleaning instead of sitting in the office or outside smoking. I asked to speak to her boss about this and she said they weren't allowed to give out his information because upper management has known about this problem for the past 2 years and he doesn't care. Stay away if you value your belongings

Worst place for storage!!! The red headed manager Kim was so rude. She lied and said they no longer accepted cash payments but they still do. She just didn't want to accommodate my black grandmother. Public storage really scraped the bottom of the barrel hiring her. Place is also infested with rats and cockroaches. Her reply to our complaints 'you store at your own risk'!

UPDATE: I cleared out my storage shed. My first visit to the storage in person. The climate control is great. What is not great is it’s a maze to find anything. No security cameras inside which allows for people to tuck away and hide. This happened while my stuff was inside. The walls are just thin sheets of metal and easy to pry open. I opened my shed to find that all my stuff had been thrown about the shed, as it was broken into through the sides. Great concept but very poor security.

I used the app to rent online since I am in another state and my friend needed to put some stuff in storage for me. It was super easy to do. App is easy to navigate and my friend had no issues loading the storage shed for me. Rates were great. I never spoke with a live person or visited the property so I can’t give any review on that. But they do have a very easy to use app.

Norma is the best!!! All problems were handle very nicely by her.
