James is a great property manager at this location and in West Sacramento. He went above and beyond at helping me in my specific situation, where I was told mixed things by customer service. His communication is 10/10, and he really looks out for the best interest of the customer. Thank you again, James ?

Clean facility. Polite and professional customer service. Was very transparent with prices, security and sanitation protocol questions. I will be using this facility for a good amount of time and had many concerns alleviated after a long conversation with James. I will definitely be recommending this location to others. This is a much nicer, cleaner and quieter storage place than ones I have had to rent in the past.
