Breanna from Public Storage on Tupelo in citrus Heights is such an awesome representative. She goes over and beyond for her customers and is so helpful and even knows me on sight. I just love her attitude. You should have more employees like her.

Came in to return a lock for a unit in Florida (after a manager misinformed us we would have to return the lock to a local facility in California) Breanna was so helpful and understanding when she helped us! She was appalled to hear how the staff in Florida handled the situation and made sure to document everything for us for any future reference needed. Breanna was incredibly sweet and deserves recognition!
