Breanna is the best. Amazing help at this property

I recently rented a locker space that had a special going. the special was that the second month was free. the first months rent was paid in full even thought it was around the 20th of the month. there was no bill due on the 1st but on the beginning of the next first an additional payment was required to continue access to the locker. thus the locker was cleared out prior to that day so no payment was due. all in all I paid for the first month as the special stated but did not receive the benefits of the free second month due to the way the payments were prorated. no credit of any sort was offered due to this inconvenience. I would think twice before renting and double check to ensure that any benefit you think you are to receive due to renting is actually received.

As a side note the staff, Breanna, is very helpful and courteous when asked for any type of assistance. However this matter being above her ability to resolve was unable to accommodate anything. This still did not detract from her being courteous and trying her best to see if something could be done. Now a days its far and in between that you get the excellent service qualities she (Breanna) provides.
