Excellent service. Hau and Dee were very patient and knowledgeable.

Hau was so helpful and within an hour I was all set up with remote access and a great unit perfect for my needs. Thanks for her help as I think she likes her job and is very good with people.

The customer service rep Hue was very attentive and helpful. The store hours differ from customer access hours.

Haulani was wonderful and helped me get into my storage locker that was stuck!!! Pleasant attitude and soooooo helpful!! She even made sure we could open it again without her!! Mahalo, Hau!
