The only 2 good things that I can say about this place is that it's a clean bldg and close to where I live, other than that this place is AWFUL !!! I got my storage in July 2024 for $462, then in December I got a notice the price will go up to about $650 in Feb. Then I got a notice saying that they will extend my lower rent till April and will increase in May. I'm going to tell them exactly what they can do with that storage if they refuse to tell me that it won't increase. They've done this to my son after he had his huge storage for about 3yrs.......1x a yr they would increase it maybe $50, but after renting it for several years they start to raise the increase to $150 each year. My notice came only after 5 months of having the storage. For some reason these places are gouging people out of their money. My prayer is that they lose ALL of their Customers !!!.....they sure will lose me if they insist that they will increase it !!!
