Janet showed me such aloha and went above & beyond to help me. She even double checked certain things (without me having to ask!) because the computer had automatically selected incorrect options & she wanted to make sure I got the correct price & information. She also had so many good tips such as to take a photo of the unit number in case I misplaced anything! Mahalo Janet for all your kōkua. My experience at Public Storage was excellent.

Maria, Beth and Janet were AMAZING!!!!! They all made my rental process smooth, informative, and cost effective. Janet was my initial contact and provided basic information and items I may not have thought of. Maria and Beth were my contacts when I executed the rental and not only were they also knowledgeable and professional, but they provided an option that gave me a larger unit for a much cheaper price. Although it was Beth's third day on the job, she was very friendly and eager to learn; and Maria was a great mentor as she showed her the rental and transfer process. I would totally want to work with them again!!!
