Justin and Shaneil were SO wonderful helping me transfer units in a time-crunched, stressful situation. They treated me with absolute respect even though I was a hot mess! Highly recommend 801 N State Street Public Storage in Lake Oswego!

I’ve just rented a unit, and Justin was super helpful and made the whole rental quick and easy for me as moving is stressful-I really appreciate that. I feel like I got a good deal for what I needed. My unit (and the entire property) seems clean and well maintained, no problems. Also, I feel like my belongings are safe here, which is pretty important!

easy to book storage room (i got it online 2 days before i went) but hard to find where to turn into the facility and then the storage unit numbers weren’t well marked outside so we had to look around for a while

Krytal was great. She was very helpful with the break in.
