I came in to rent a unit (after a cross country drive) and really had no clue what I wanted or needed. Justin patiently explained all the options and worked with me to find the best solution for my needs. The whole time he was working with me I kept thinking - wow - this guy is amazing - not just because of his knowledge but because of his unique human and curious approach. Thank you Justin!

Justin was beyond helpful today when I stopped by the Lake O office for a few boxes. I had questions about combining 2 storage units we currently have and he gave me the run down, options, and suggestions needed to make an informed decision. It was also a pleasure chatting with him!
