Sucks.

I've been with y'all for a few months giving 2 stars because I cannot seem to get a hold of upper management. Fortunately front desk Pearl has been on top of it making process overall less stressful. Will continue to be with y'all but would appreciate some follow through with management.

Needed to find a larger space to consolidate two spaces. Pearl was extremely helpful in finding a location that was perfect for our needs. She took the time to show us units and knew her stock. She showed us how to reserve and discussed ways to manage the transition from two to one in a way that was cost effective. Highly recommend working with her for your storage needs.
