Very sweet and helpful staff.. went out of her way to really help me out when I needed it.

The sweet man who helped me finish setting up my rental was a hero to me. Lots of kindness and patience and empathy, on a day when i severely needed it.

Kelly is a good guy
And I have never had any problems with the facilities

However, the rent increases. Can become concerning

Although they have been receptive to my requests for skipping the increase for months at a time.

This will definitely have a priority when I am choosing whether or not to stay or find someone else to offer me a better and more consistent value for my money

I will also include that security is some of the best available in the area with often management being on site 24 seven

Kelly and all the employees have always been helpful and definitely deserve five star

I’m going to leave this “five star “ review in hopes it will provide someone an opportunity to choose a quality provider when shopping around

EDITED: I just want to give a shoutout to Kelly, who helped immensely with my unique situation. If my review could be entirely about the people who work there, this location would get 5 stars. Unfortunately all my issues with this facility are with corporate changing the prices without the notice they say they would in the rental contract I signed. Staff at location is great, corporate changing prices without the notice they agreed to is not great.
