Very clean área and safe, the person who helped me 'David' was very kind and helped me with everything I needed.

Was at this facility before it switched over to public storage nobody notified me that there was a company switch over and nobody ever answers the phone. Wish somebody would have mentioned that they were selling to this company prior to renting . Extremely poor communication .

Please note this review is not towards any on-site employees . I apologize with that understanding I was directed to the ' customer service line' not the on-site phone . The lady here is so very nice , her
