and here we go again !! have rented a 10x20 unit since August 2023 at the Glen Creek US Storage Center facility in West Salem. I just received another rent increase email beginning 1/1/2025 which means I will have received 4 increases in the rent in less than a year and a half. If you move into this storage facility, you can count on a 25-30% increase in the rent every 6 months. Ridiculous.. I hope they have a long waiting list to fill my soon to be vacated unit.. I can see yearly increases but to be asked to pay almost double in one year is beyond acceptable in my opinion.. I will look for new storage starting tomorrow. Beware of this storage facility

Update was with this storage for 2 years was in a climate controlled unit well it’s not very climate controlled when my unit molded 2x and the insurance they require you to have is useless because they don’t cover your molded items. The insurance takes 7 months for them to decline your claim, rent gets raised every 6 months I had no choice but to move because it was almost $200 a month for a small unit. Staff was friendly and nice place was clean it just poorly insulated.

Above and beyond service very informative. Very friendly service definitely will recommend us storage to everyone.
