Half of our stuff was stolen because they make you use their crappy locks that are easily drilled out and they apparently don't check if people's IDs are real so anybody can get in. Also charged a fee to clean up somebody else's mess since we were there at the same time.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but our unit was broken into and all of our valuables were stolen. Want others to have visibility, that while the location and security may seem sufficient, you should always pursue incremental locks, insurance, etc. to secure your personal goods if you choose to store your goods here.

Jose and Leena are awesome. They are always willing and able to assist, and provide excellent customer service! I highly recommend this location!

Jose and Lena were terrific. They greeted us at the door, then showed us where we could have the POD dropped. This is the BEST Public Storage location!
