Jeff the property manager was very helpful and kind! I feel my storage and secure at this property.

Every 4-6 months your price will increase. It's easy to miss these increases if you set your payment to auto pay. Public Storage move out policy doesn't allow you to prorate days, so if you move out on the 2nd of the month, you pay for the whole month. The upper level customer service is awful. However, the facility is conveniently located and the manager is great, but these policies left a terrible overall experience which lost my business.
