Friendly and great service!

I got a good rate at $58/month. You would think that when they say lock in the rate, it’s not gonna change anytime soon. Well four months later, they changed the rate to $82 a month. That’s a huge difference. And the way they sneaked it up on you. It is unacceptable, so please do not have auto pay set up for these people. They also do not have prorated refund if you move out early in the end of the month. Super disappointed I will not be renting it from any of their location.

Please do yourself a favor. Look at other companies, they do offer prorated refund if you move out anytime of month.
The move-in cost is also almost triple at other places. Please do your research before decide to use this company.

Experience regarding stolen belongings

Initially, we realized that the key we had wasn't working on the cylinder lock. We assumed we had misplaced the original key, so we purchased a new lock. When we finally managed to open the storage, we discovered that half of our belongings were stolen, including three large suitcases, some gift items, and a piece of furniture.

As the locks were very similar it was very difficult to distinguish the swaps! A very disheartening experience we had with Public Storage!
