Wow customer experience from Lena! Lena was outstanding in her professional knowledge as well as very friendly and helpful. She assisted my two toddlers and I as well as our service dogs. Always has a smile on her face and is very friendly and respectful! She is very prompt to respond and was quick to notify and assist me when I could not figure out the locking system for my unit I’m renting. She was also very understanding and patient, since my life is so wild with having to move alone with two toddlers. The location she manages in MLT is very clean, my unit actually HAS light! Which is a huge plus when I’m here late and it’s never scary knowing that it’s a secure location. Thank you for hiring Lena, wonderful choice and a win employee for Public Storage!
