Angi was easy to work with and very helpful

In general this place isn’t bad but I’ve had a few issues here that would make me think twice before using this location again. Today I went to get some things out of my unit and the drives around the units were dangerously icy. It looked as though no one had bothered to put down any de-icer. This seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen! Luckily I didn’t fall but I had to walk delicately between the unit and my car.

Also the app rarely works to open the gate so I have to punch in the code. A minor inconvenience to be sure but they make a big deal out of using the app like it’s some great benefit. It might be if it actually worked.

Update: I was contacted by management and assured that de-icer would be applied asap. I’m not changing the rating however because this is something that should never have happened.

I cannot believe how easy it was to rent my unit, and setup my account. Doug in the office is an absolute scholar, gentleman and a Lord - he helped me out and explained everything.

Doug was very nice, he made things as easy as possible, very friendly and pleasant to work with. Got me everything I need in an efficient manner!!!! Thanks Doug

The people that work here were so nice and accomodating.
