Had my items/furniture stored here for about 3 years. Everything was normal until I had to move out due to other renters not respecting the 'no food' rule and it attracted rodents to my unit. Although I had to get rid of all of my furniture and some personal items, I am not nearly as upset as I normally would be had it not have been for Tiffany; the manager of the property. She is a literal angel sent from above, (and the sole reason for this 5-star review) and helped me so much through this stressful process. Tiffany assisted me numerous times, not just with the rodent situation but also throughout the years when I called with questions and concerns. She has wonderful customer service skills. Absolutely excellent so far. We needed a unit meanwhile we are in the process of moving. Completed everything online and that was super helpful for my schedule to do it when I had time at night. The app is easy to use and can open the gate so you don't have to enter the code in.

We had an issue with our unit and Tiffany helped us out. She is the absolute best and we really appreciate her ❤️
