Review:
After paying nearly $200 a month for almost 2 1/2 years I lost the majority of my stuff due to rats. When I attempted to file a claim with insurance I was given the run around and did not receive help from anyone who was working at the storage facility. I then moved the remaining items to U-Haul where I am still paying lower costs then I was starting at Public Storage. I would not recommend the storage facility on Russell.

I highly recommend. Our experience has been good so far. Tiffany provided great customer service. We thought we were locked out of our storage unit and she went out of her way to help us with the lock. The unit is clean and dry. Convenient location for East Bremerton.
