I just want to say I am absolutely thankful for Fawn She went.
Over and beyond customer service calling in to make sure my Unit was ready for me to move in on her day off. She's absolutely amazing. I wish I can give more stars to her and her customer service.It's hard to find customer service like this. Absolutely thankful enemized.

Tracy at the Bremerton auto center location was extremely helpful! She helped me locate a storage unit I needed asap that was medium size. Even though it was at a different location (still public storage) she made sure that I had a place to put my belongings today. She was extremely nice and professional! I am so greatful. It was a great experience. Not only was the storage unit clean but the facility was too! I love the Bluetooth phone access where I don't have to worry about codes if I don't want to. Also the fact I could do everything online and over the phone and not worry about missing the office was top notch.
