Awful customer service

I have been doing the storage unit thing here in San Diego for decades. Out of all the many options available this one is a hidden gem. This is important living here because the bulk of the population is living in smaller quarters than the rest of the country. As a result most have to use have to use outside storage facilities. First of all this location is great. Small side street with little to no traffic. The site is always clean. The manager is always available, which can be very important if issues arise. Never had one in the year I have been here. She always has a smile and is positive and helpful when needed. Many thanks.
