I recently had an outstanding experience at my local public storage facility, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Parvin. From the moment I walked in, Parvin’s warm welcome and helpful attitude set the tone for a great visit. He patiently explained my storage options, guided me through the facility, and ensured I felt comfortable with the changes. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to their job, and I truly appreciated his effort. I was able to secure a reasonably priced 'reservation' for a storage unit however, it is not hyperbole to say that it was impossible for me to confirm that reservation and rent the unit.

The online links provided were not functional and filled in forms with incorrect information and provided false error codes making it impossible to complete payment.

My husband and I both spoke to, in total, 8 customer service agents who were kind and attempted to help but conveyed inconsistent information provided by their system and guided us through the same dysfunctional process 4 times.

The company does not provide any way to speak directly to someone who is able to fix problems or address concerns, the staff is unable to process payment over the phone, there is literally zero troubleshooting of system errors.. I don't even know how to convey how aggravating the process turned out to be.

It seems to me like the company deliberately posts affordable pricing as 'reservations' and then designs a broken system that is unable to provide that service. Seriously disappointing. I encourage you to save your time and find a more honest storage option.
