After the last couple of months of that black cloud being over my head, today was a very pleasant experience at the “new” PS on Stanley Blvd in Pleasanton, CA, the “old” Central Self Storage location.
Leah was VERY helpful on answering all my questions with glitches & transitioning process that they’re going thru.

Just got absolutely scammed I paid for first month free and paid the $24 fee and to my understanding I was getting a indoor unit but he called me and let me know it was a outdoor parking spot and I said I didn’t want that for the price he wanted to rent it for and he wouldn’t give back my original deposit definitely do not recommend this place whatsoever they will take your money

I just spoke with the looser who manages this site, very rude before I could even ask my question, then talks over me and hangs up on me when I confront him that the other storage places DONT CHARGE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE NOR DO THEY CHARGE FOR FIRST MONTHS RENT IF THEY ARE RUNNING A FREE FIRST MONTHS RENT DEAL!!!!!! WHO THE HELL HIRED THAT LOOSER!?!?AND WHY ARE YOU CHARGING AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE?????
