Rude staff. Dude in the office loves to mansplain, interrupt, and talk over you... Rent increases every few months- we are paying double what we started at a year and a half ago. They have limited the access time by two hours in the evening; having no access after 7 pm is extremely incovenient. The lights in the common spaces/hallway are always burnt out and the timer for the unit lights wasn’t working for several months. They don’t have any climate controlled spaces. It gets super hot inside. Ants everywhere... The entrance gate is often malfunctioning. I chose this as it was the cheapest option available but now that we are paying double, we are looking elsewhere.
