I’ve been a customer for a long time at other locations as well. Recently I was assessed an $80.00 raise in my storage fee. What once was under $200 was now going to be $320 dollars. . I found that increase to be excessive. I can rent a place around the corner for under $200. This price gouging forced me to rent a new space in the same compound to get a more reasonable rate. The whole move seemed silly to have to do. . I blame corporate greed, as the on sight manager Marie has been terrific . You have lost a loyal customer through excessive rent raises. From $131 per month to $320.00 that’s a ridiculous and greedy progression of raises! I have moved all my things out and taken my business elsewhere. !

Marie is super helpful and friendly. Great experience! Great location.
