Great customer service! I needed to downsize my unit, so I first met with Nick to show me a new unit and then I worked with Mika who helped me with the paperwork and finalized the transfer of units. Both Nick & Mika were very friendly and informative making the process seamless. I am very pleased with my rental experience at the 900 Transport Way, Petaluma, CA Public Storage.

I had excellent customer service, first with Vivian over the phone and then today from Sylvia in person. Sylvia was outstanding with giving me clear information, helping me with a storage lock, finalizing all of the application details, and putting up with me. ?
She was awesome with everything! The storage grounds are clean and well kept up. The storage unit was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with my rental experience at the 900 Transport Way, Petaluma, CA Public Storage.
