Joan was amazing! I am one of those pain in the butt customers with a million questions, which tends to frustrate folks…NOT Joan, she had answers, suggestions & ideas some that included me possibly using a different public storage location (other than her own location on mineral in Englewood/Dove Valley). As a contractor- I used to have storage units scattered around town, two of which were here at this location so after years of great setvice, we’re bringing it all here to 15456 E Mineral! Actual Professionals !
