Sometimes you read reviews of recent experiences, but I'm writing this from someone who has been doing business here for over two years. Cindy helped us from the first unit we rented which was a 10x10, which we were a little reluctant at first thinking it would be too small, but after explaining what all we would be storing, she steared us into the right size and sure enough, it was just perfect for two years. Due to some family passing, we again talked with Cindy and she was honest in the direction we needed to move for the right size, and we know we made the right guided choice. Something to note is ceilings are 10' high so if you stack properly, you can really fit more than you think. After some mistakes that I made, Cindy fixed them seemlessly and professionally, and we learned that taking care of customers is the first priority here, and we will never be going anywhere else.
