Teri was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is my first time renting at this location and she has made the experience worth coming back in the future as needed. She keeps up with a lot managing multiple locations and ensuring everything is in place at all times. She has made me feel taken care of and I really appreciate that. Thanks!

Nicely maintained Butttttt they practice bait and switch. So I switched. Extra Space is 5 miles down the road. And cheaper!

Started with the public service in Oviedo about 4 years ago. Did everything online never spoke to anybody? Never saw anybody never had to. It was absolutely a great and pleasant experience. I'm still with public surge but today I had an issue I went in and Teri was at the register and she was absolutely fantastic! Teri was pleasant. She listened to my concerns. She addressed my issue, fixed the problem with just the most positive attitude and today being a wet and gloomy day, I'm not feeling well and just in a general bad mood... She really really did a wonderful job in helping me. I will continue to stay with this Public Storage
