Great facility with even better customer service! Carolyn was extremely helpful in my search for a new unit and walked me through the process with ease. She helped me compare rates of different units and made me comfortable at that facility. Thankful for Carolyn!

While not my particular Public Storage facility, I stopped by the facility at 155 S. US Hwy 1 in Vero Beach to pay my bill as it was convenient at the time.

There, I found the staff to courteous and professional, and Carolyn there was able to also help correct a longstanding billing problem.

Again, I do store at Public Storage (just not this one), and I highly recommend them. And thanks again, Carolyn.
