I had the greatest experience with Kat at the front desk of the Public Storage Unit in North Palm Beach. She understood what I needed to have done regarding my storage needs and went out of her way to accomplish that for me. Great management with Benjamin Berg and other staff at this facility.

Nobody in the office. Rented another unit but customer service claimed they couldn’t find my other unit. Finally rented second unit and then access to exit was denied. Line of traffic including my moving truck by the hour, and again customer service couldn’t get the gate to open. Worst experience in all years of needing storage.

The area managers very nice. I think her name was Linda. She’s great. She goes over and beyond.
