I highly recommend this self storage I received great customer service from Shaquawn she was extremely helpful and patient to me and my husband! I do appreciate her help if you are looking for a self storage and you decide to go to this one please ask for her she is 100% great.

Talk about great Customer service Shaquawn is such a delight and Joy of professional help! I enjoyed myself coming thinking of the matter of my situation and I totally forgot all about it finding a storage for my King Size bedroom set for we all know the struggles of the world and I had mind on my shoulders walking in, nevertheless Shaquawn’s Energy and attitude made the negative energy run away build my spirits up to know we still have to keep fighting and living life no matter what! Shaquawn had everything ready for me as I walked and gathered other units just in case of other options and she helped me find the right Storage for me! Review update: nothing about the below information has changed, but Public Storage have reached out and worked with me to help me with my existing rates. This review may change in the future depending on how future interactions proceed.

As I’ve found, all of these storage places suck. They do not offer any sort of long-term rental, everything is month-to-month. Expect to have your initial monthly price increase by a minimum of 60% within 6 months so it “aligns with existing market rates”.

If you’re ok with this, then this place is fine. It’s kept to an acceptable cleanliness level and I have not seen any pests while accessing my unit.
