The employees of Public Storage stepped up to actually help me. I'm a domestic violence survivor and they really assisted in understanding what needs to be done and how to get him off of My account. John Dozier is one of many kind God-sends that has been placed in my life with a great team at his side. We got it done and I rate them 11 out of 10 and highly recommend Public Storage for friends and family

On-site property manager very helpful but unless you have a US cell number, you cannot download the app which seems ridiculous for a business that obviously caters to people from out of the country for storage.

Whenever there is an issue or a question with your specific unit here you cannot get a hold of anyone. Also, I had a lock put on my unit while I’m in the middle of trying to get my stuff out of it and I couldn’t get a hold of anybody to unlock it to continue my move out. Never missed a payment, paid them thousands…

We are very pleased with the service we received from Edgar. He is polite, professional and wants to make sure you have a positive experience. He does a great job maintaining the area. During one of our visits he asked if our storage unit needed cleaning.

Amazing help. John got jim out there quickly to assist me with my lock. Jim got it right off and all fixed up. So very helpful I was so happy I didn't have to wait.
