Outstanding customer service from Astrid! It was Obvious she enjoyed her job and helping people. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend at this location.

Review:
I would give this review zero stars if possible. We rented a unit on the 2nd floor and on move-in day, we found that the elevator was not working and we could not access our unit. Attempts to resolve the issue with management was to no avail. Their response was essentially it's our problem and did nothing to remedy the situation.
