I was going to give this place one star but Judson Murphy not only helped me access my unit after multiple phone calls to the 'maintenance help line' he restored my belief that there are actually people out there who care and strive to help make peoples' lives easier. Whatever Judson is being paid is not enough.

Judson Murphy really helped me this month, I was looking for a smaller unit to save some money and he notified me of a unit at a good price the minute it became available. He is always so thoughtful and helpful every time I go to public storage. The best employee this company has hands down.
