Public Storage

Absolutely the worst customer service. Called because of overcharged they've made to my CC. First off CS is in India or somewhere other than the US. Very hard to understand the person. She just kept saying to dispute the charges with my CC. I ask to speak to a Manager, she said there is none and hung up on me. That is what Public Storage considers Customer Service.

EDIT: Changing my 1 star to 4 because my complaint is with Public Storage Corporate and their crappy off-shore Customer NO-Service Department and not the local Tarpon Storage Facility. I met tonight withe Robert, the Mgr and Chelsea and both were friendly, help helpful and bent over backwards trying to make sense of the crazy billings and credits, trying hard to make things right. I can highly recommend this facility. My only suggestion would be to deal direct with the local crew because Corp CS is worthless.

This is such a a great affordable storage with a kind helpful store manager Robert he helped transfer units at no cost until the 1st which saved us thank you Robert!
