Not at all happy with the service at this location, rented small unit and then tried to rent mt space next to it and was told rented, the space was mt for days, we had over size rented and put few things in unit, rented another unit to move to, same size and paid 123.00 dollars for unit that goes for 76.00, this was during the hurricanes and feel we were price jabbed.

Don’t rent site-unseen. You will never get your money back. National call center said our reservation was climate controlled. Of course it’s not. We went on property for 5 minutes at a cost of $52 and have been fighting for a refund for almost 2 weeks.

Public Storage called me the day after Hurricane Milton hit saying I had to move my boat trailers from the space I rented less than a month ago. The space was large and fit both trailers end to nose. Manager called at noon and said they had to be out that day, that 'it was illegal' to have two in the spot. (laughably false) I said okay, i'll rent the space next to them too. He said no, he has someone who wants it.

There was almost no gas to be found anywhere, and nobody was renting trucks. I scrambled, found a U-haul rental willing to rent a truck, if I supplied the gas. I got them both out of the space and will NEVER rent from Public Storage again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Worst experience I ever had with a storage rental.

Kelly was the best ever. She walked down with me to see the garage.
She wrote me up and offered insurance all within a few minutes, she was great.
