I started my reservation online. This was very helpful for me and the office manager on the day I went to the office to see the type of reserved unit physically. It was very clean and ready to occupy.
We have been very happy with Public Storage as the new owner.

Love our storage unit at Public Storage! Conveniently located, climate controlled, clean, secure, no sign of houseless peeps taking residence and the building is made out of concrete...thankful for our old storage unit that we came from but this is a HUGE and much needed upgrade!

The sign up process with our customer service rep, Hau, was easy, professional and outstanding! So much ALOHA!

We feel at at ease and have peace of mind knowing our items are being stored safely at Public Storage in Kāneʻohe!
