I'd give this place negative stars if the option were available. They increased the rent 20+% a month after I was having some temporary delays paying my rent to add further financial stress causing a cascading effect where I ended up losing my unit and all of my property in it. Before this they had made OBNOXIOUS modifications to the lease involving access times.
In June I lost all of my property via auction and then they apparently dumped all of my remaining documents, etc. property after I said that I felt uncomfortable going to their property to pick it up and wanted it mailed to me. They never responded and just dumped and discarded my sensitive documents and apparently did so in an open unsecured dumpster where they let another tenant go through and acquire the contents who then started overdrawing my accounts several hundred dollars with fraudulent debit card purchases!

Loved my experiece with Central Self Storage! Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were easy to access and always clean, and the climate control ensured my belingings were safe from the heat and humidity! Will happily recommend to family and friends.

I was so impressed with this storage facility. My daughter had a storage locker there for 1 1/2 years. During that time, my daughter had lost the key to the personal lock on the unit. We expected we might encounter a hassle when we came to clean out her locker, but we ended up having wonderful customer service in regards to this. They worked with our schedule and drilled the lock for us at no charge. I'm sure it was a hassle for them, but they were so friendly and understanding. Vacating the locker was a simple process with minimal paperwork and no extra charges. I highly recommend this storage facility!
