The standout aspect of my visit was the exceptional assistance provided by a female employee who went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had everything we needed for a smooth storage experience.

From the moment we arrived, this employee was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She recognized that I wasn’t very tech-savvy, which can often be a barrier when dealing with modern storage facilities that utilize apps and digital access codes. Instead of rushing through the process, she took her time to explain how to download the Public Storage app on my phone. Her patience made all the difference; she walked me through each step, ensuring that I understood how to navigate the app effectively

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Janet was really helpful in finding the right type of storage space for me. Highly recommend!
