Rick was accommodating during the move-into storage process, also knowledgeable about transferring of storage units while items left the unit. This is important! Rick kept in communication throughout the process.

Also, Rick was available to take calls, answer questions related to moving storage unit items & offered moving related support on-site.

The intial move-in agreement was explained well, and modifications for transferring units was easy, while Rick and his team created a protective and secure environment storage.

I’ve been ‘shopping’ around for a storage place (not needed quite yet). Rick was able to thoroughly answer all my questions. If / when needed, this location is at the top of my list. Thank you Rick for your help and kindness

Rick displays excellent professionalism and is very attentive to his clients and our needs. He is knowledgeable, flexible and capable of working with clients in stressful situations with compassion and grace. I wouldn't choose anyone else to assist me or my family in storing our family heirlooms.
