Rick is amazing! He was so helpful and polite. Great customer service! The property is always clean every time I go to my unit, a lot cleaner than the other storage company I had. I highly recommend Public Storage in Palatine on Dundee Rd & ask for Rick! The best property manager I’ve ever worked with.

Made the reservation online and had went to the office to verify the documents. Lady had locked the door of the office. I was standing outside the office when she slightly opened the door and from the inside of the office, told me that it’s lunch till 2.15pm. I explained to her that I needed to verify my car registration papers for car storage after which, she asked me to go to another public storage facility after 2.15pm as she said she may or may not work. Upon asking the closing time of the office, she rudely shut the door on my face and started screaming. There was no other conversation at all, which makes me puzzled to know the reason for the unruly behavior.
