Moved in 8/13/24 , everything is good so far, clean unit, manager called me back the day I moved in.

I'm working as an electrician my days starts very early, so I requested 24/7 access and was able to be get approved within a day or two.

The move was smooth - problem free. The issue is with the insurance. Orange Door keeps billing me for the first month - which was supposed to be free and for premiums already paid. I called PS customer service. They They said it was fixed but it has not been. Otherwise, a good experience.

Nice clean facilities.

I’ve had a storage unit at this facility for the past 4 years. Mike the property manager at this palatine location and the one down the street is by far the best property manager I’ve ever worked with over the past 15 years of utilizing a storage unit. His customer service, attention to detail and his ability to solve issues will never be match by the kiosk that was placed at their 2213 Rand location. His professionalism and people skills are fantastic.

Mike the manager of this location is a really awesome person. He has helped me plenty times solving some problems & always making himself available at the location when he is needed. He is very professional & always very helpful!!
