Candice, Candice, Candice is the best Customer Service representative ever yo!!! She was patient and got me the discount I set out for, as the negligent others denied me the correct assistance I was insured. I was upset and on the verge of cancelation and removing my business from public storage until this young, black,Mexican,Cuban woman educated me and changed my mind. Thanks in advance... § (GOD) got it... (Candice) ' for' (President!!!)

I have had nothing but the ABSOLUTE BEST experience with the manager, Aldo at the Schiller Park location (Irving Park Rd).
Not only was he helpful, informative and on his game. Aldo went above and beyond to assist me when the extreme weather was causing me added stress! I GREATLY APPRECIATE him for that!
