The onsite manager Dawnya is Phenomenal with her Customer Service Skills and she is very Knowledgeable, Patient, Helpful, & Kind to us in making sure that the facility meets our needs and expectations. Dawnya is very Professional yet a “People’s Person,” because she is very relatable and understanding with people in abrupt situations and will go over and beyond to the best of her abilities to make sure that the Customer Satisfied with their Rental Needs and Experience.
