The most horrible company , who think its okay to rent dirty, damaged, rodent infested (had to sweep up much of their droppings) spaces to the public. When I informed them of these issues, they claimed I could not and would not get my $200+ deposit I put down for the first month. I am so distressed and angry because I can ill afford to just throw away that amount of money to this storage facility in Alsip, IL with a awful and rude site manager. They do not deserve even one star. And, I bet they will never post this review for others to see and be forewarned about this company
