Very friendly and helpful customer service. Easy access to storage unit.

Reserved a rental unit because they advertise $1 for the first month. It ends up being over $50 after $29 admin fee ? $20 for their lock plus taxes and fees. I cancelled a couple days before because I ended up not needing it. They refunded the $20 lock and $1 for the month but said the $29 administration fee is non refundable. So I'm just out that $30 for nothing? That is not good business and a total rip off. I disputed through my credit card. Also they make you carry their insurance on your own stuff. It's all a scam. Beware will never use again

She has gone over and beyond for me and done everything she could to help me with everything. She is the hardest worker I have ever met. An angel in disguise. Jamie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with everything, she took the time to show me a couple units to best suit my needs, I would give her 10 star because she was spectacular all across the board , I highly recommend her to help you with your storage needs!!!
