Came in not too sure what I was looking for in terms of unit size and what exactly I needed. Hazel was working the front desk and was able to walk me through everything and was very efficient about it. She made the process very easy and did an amazing job.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. They are charging me 75 dollars for a 5x5 unit that I originally was paying 30 for. Then they jumped the price to 56 out of the blue and told me “that’s just how it is.” They weren’t willing to work with me at all. Now they have jumped it again to the 75 and did it out of the blue for no reason. I will be pulling all of my stuff and they can keep their crappy unit. It’s not even climate controlled, and bugs also get in there very easily. Beware!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!

Hazel was cool. Make sure you specify everything before you buy.. charges location ect
