Thank you! I can't say enough about the Manager, Kevin! A true professional, who understands and demonstrates 'Customer Service'!...always helpful, diligent, courteous and patient. Whenever I visit, Kevin takes the time to address my concerns, answers my questions and I always leave feeling valued as a customer. The cleanliness of the property and office is a big plus too!

'I initially had a very negative experience on September 29th, when I visited the facility. The property manager at the time, Chelle, was extremely rude and unwilling to assist with completing my unit reservation. Her lack of customer service was disappointing and not what I expected from Public Storage.

However, after leaving my initial review, I was contacted by a regional supervisor who was very receptive to my feedback and took immediate steps to address my concerns. His professional approach made me feel valued as a customer. Additionally, Kevin, the weekday manager, went out of his way to accommodate my storage needs afterward. Thanks to their efforts, I feel much more confident in the service, so I'm updating my rating to five stars.'

The facility is clean and feels safe, but it’s 5 stars because of Kevin in the front office. He’s always friendly and helpful and explains everything you need to move in and move out

The guy inside the office he’s very rude he needs to fix his attitude with the customers, I got there and told him that I forgot to remove my lock from the storage. He sent me to the Storage to remove it, but he didn’t tell me about there was a different lock there then I return back to the office ask him for the code, he gave it to me but then he went up on his own and removed and I went up there and I still saw the lock but I couldn’t remove it so I went back down and he said it was so easy to remove the lock Return back to remove mine lock I just say he’s unprofessional on his job. He’s just rude. He could’ve just said to me that there was a lock and I need a code or he comes with me and remove it He just needs to fix his attitude and the way he approached any future customers.
